Led by Vanessa White

The Mindfulness Retreat is led and delivered by Vanessa White, founder of Heartfelt Ways.

Vanessa brings a wide range of qualified experience to the event as with all her services and activities, this retreat has been designed to be a holistic retreat. Treating the whole, and always with “Wellbeing” as the focus of delivery.

“I understand that no two people are the same. What might seem trivial to one person might be the proverbial “straw that breaks the camel’s back” for someone else. Even if we experience a similar situation to someone else, how we respond to it is different and how it affects us is different. At Heartfelt Ways I believe that the best support recognises this, and that is why I offer a range of services all based around the concept of wellbeing in mind, body and soul.”
