Description
Mindfulness for health and wellbeing is a course, led by our qualified mindfulness teacher (Vanessa White), where you are asked to commit to attending a 2-hour group session once a week in our brand new meditation studio designed with relaxation and wellbeing at its core.
Each session will follow a similar pattern. We will start with a short meditation and the sharing of a poem as you ‘arrive in the space’ and get comfortable, you will then be invited to discuss how your practice has been at home throughout the previous week.
During the sessions we will cover some simple but surprisingly effective techniques to help you see your life more clearly, deal with stress and pain, improve your concentration and focusing skills, and boost your general health and wellbeing.
